Hotkeys not working and getting very annoying..

Well I've been playing this game for a while now and I absolutely love the game, but after a patch (can't remember which one) a SEVERE problem came into existence. Every game or two my hotkeys don't work, this includes Q, W, E, R, 1, ,2 ,3 ,4 ,5 ,6 ,7 ,Y, D, F, B ,P etc.. however I can still type and press Esc reconnecting fixes the problem I'd say about 90% of the time, and it doesn't help me having a computer running on hamsters, speaking of my hamsters haven't fed them in ages. Please fix this problem. This alone has prevented me from playing ranked games due to the fear of this BUG please fix this ASAP! Thank you!
