[Client] Wasn't able to pick a champion in champion select

So I queue'd up for a ranked with my friend; I was first pick and I had final banned Sejuani. Then, the league client had the Sejuani abilities and picture locked on the client (I'm sure you guys know what this is, when you have a champion scrolled over and it doesn't fix until you click another one). I was trying to fix it before my pick, so I was clicking on stuff in the menu to try and get rid of it. I had clicked on masteries and then when my pick came it had Sejuani locked on the screen, with the masteries screen covering all of the champions (so I couldn't select a champion or get rid of the Sejuani lock). The picture of Sejuani (like the big picture you see in loading screen, it comes up on the right side of the client when you are in champion select and scroll over a champ) was covering the exit button for masteries. So I lost 4 LP and it made me dodge a ranked. Please fix or give LP back.
