[Client] Friends list and Spectate (Watch Now) In game timers all say -:- or negative time

While using the client, all the In game timers I see have either: -:- if you are looking at your friends list or, negative time if you are looking at the spectate match box. By negative time I mean that the In game time will say something like -44:-05 and will count.. well up technically until it hits 0 and then go onward if the game even lasts that long. Further more, my friends who do not experience this bug always see me with a really high in game timer (around 65 minutes or so) even though I have only been in game for say 5 minutes.

I currently do not know how this bug started but it started sometime mid-summer. I have also tried the repair button on the launch screen and that did not help.
