[GAMEPLAY] Thresh's W bug on Thresh Deep Terror skin + Q passing through enemies

I am using Deep Teerror skin and it happend to me couple times already that my team mates were unable to click on latern (W) in order to pull thamself to me. Also my team mates were complaing that my latern blocks some of their abilities from casting it. Not sure if this happens on other skins or regular -
Q the Death sentence. Couple time in game it got really wierd that my hook went directly towards enemy and it just passed through the enemy and didn't hook them.
Unofortunately I don't have any videos because I am not streamer but in case any of you had simillar experience with let the Riot know and hopefully they can do something about it.
I play a lot it's my main champion and lately it happens almost every game that either W or Q or both doesn't work as they should
