[GAMEPLAY] Vi Q Stops working all game after Jinx E snare in top base.

While playing as VI in a ranked match inside of our base, at the exact moment i Q once, and Jinx E's it cancels my Q like normal but i cannot use it for the rest of the game. It makes the little button sound but nothing happens all game. Its happened twice the same exact way. I tabed out of league to test my q key and it works fine, both times this occured. It makes the sounds like its disabled when your dead or its on cooldown. When i hover over it, the arrow pops up in front of me but when i click also nothing happens. I do get snared as well, and the cooldown is 3 seconds both times. Normal for when the first part of her Q gets canceled without hitting it twice.

Also this happened in a rank game twice which i lost both, not saying i was doing super great the second time but the first time i really needed that win.

The linked screenshot is all i could get from the second game. I dont have any additional footage but im working on recreating that bug in custom games.
