Friend's List Bug

After the recent patch my friend's list order that I created won't change. I cannot move list up or down and sometimes they mix around whenever I log in. It's annoying how I cannot fix it.

I am also having the same problem, the only way for me to fix this issue is to quit the League Launcher itself; open a new one and keep relogging/reloading until finally I have friends list available.

Each time it tells me it's ' logging me into Chat' I know,I could wait all day for that one load and it'll never happen until the cows come home! Please Fix. Syndra
