changing runes in champ select disconnect me

Hey i have this problem, when i try to save runes in champ select, it cant save immediately. Instead i have to wait 20-30s for a disconnect and then maybe the runes have change. I have tried to repair and reinstall the game, but nothing change.

Please help me out
