Jace and some other champions Q doesn't work.

As the title says. While I was playing on the PBE I picked Jace in one of my games and I soon realized that his Q in Cannon form doesn't work (works fine while being on Hammer form for some reason) and it was pretty weird and annoying, Later on in the game I also heard that Janna 's Q doesn't work as well so I assume that if so then there must be others with the same problems so I think that this turns into a major bug that will affect the entire gameplay with this specific champion.
