My camera just randomly stops locking on my champion

So sometimes when im just playing , my camera will stop locking in my champ , i usually play with camera locked , and i try click the button right next to map to get it locked back in but it wont lock in , and i press space bar too try too ( I usually use spacebar to unlock and lock back in ) . Usually it locks back in my champ when i die in the game , but i dont want that too keep happening lol , anyone know a fix to this ? or is it like a key im clicking thats does this ? -Thank you :D

PS : ( i know im a pleb that plays with locked screen , dont judge lol)
