[Gameplay} Singed E (flip) still bugged

I am a Singed main and this bug has cost me countless kills if not 1 or 2 games. It's pretty much game breaking for Singed and it should have a very high priority. It looks as if he is actually turning a full 360* circle sometimes when this bug occurs. It's making it very difficult to play ranked while he is broken.
