Start up bug after getting a D/C in game

I played a game earlier and got D/C'd, after attempting to start league of legends back up it displayed an error saying something wasn't right. So I went into my processes tab of task manager and ended it, well the Core game would not end and I had to restart my computer because of this crap, got back in at the end of the game because my computer had updates and then I get this leaving game/afk message telling me to agree not to do it again. Come on Riot, that wasn't even my fault. I am legit pissed off because of this and would like to see this issue fixed sooner rather than later, because if it happens again and I get a temp ban, I will probably stop playing this game.
