Camera Lock Bug - While Dead, Pressing Space to Center Camera Locks it Until Respawn

The title is pretty comprehensive, but I'll go into more detail:

• It doesn't ALWAYS lock, but most of the time it does.
• I have tried to toggle on and off the lock screen via hotkey "y" to no avail.
• It happens on every champion. (Not that I have tried every champion specifically, but every champ I have played)
• The specs of my PC: 16 GB Ram, Intel i7 950 @ 3.07GHz, 64bit Windows 8.1 Pro, Nvidea GTX 770
• I have done a repair to check if it was a download problem, but it did not fix the issue.

I can record a video of it and post it if necessary, but please check it out for yourself it is so extremely easy to replicate that I did not think a video was worth my time.
