After a game ends client takes long to get to honor screen

When I'm done playing a game I can't honor anyone for a minute or so even though my premades are already ready to queue up for another game. They all have to wait for me every game.

I saw someone on Reddit had the same problem a couple of days ago, but I wasn't at home so I couldn't fix it and I eventually forgot and I can't seem to find the post anymore. Had something to do with windows 10 and privacy is all I can remember.

Any help would be appreciated!
