My client freezes in champion select

I dont know if it's just me but whenever I go into champion select and I have to pick or ban, the timer on the person before stays on 0 for a while until it's my time to pick, however I'm unable to pick or ban a champ ccause my client is frozen on that 0 so then it's like I didn't lock in and I receive a leaver penalty. It's really annoying and I don't know if it's just me. But can anyone please help me cause I can't take the 15 mins penalties anymore
