pop up

I recently reset my windows laptop in hopes of making the game run smoother with less lag and now every time I open the game a pop up appears and says that the game needs a "new appto open - ms gamingoverwatch" ive already deleted and reinstalled the game and its still happening and wont let me load into the game with the other players
