I'm not sure of the exact environment in which this happened, but after respawning after death as Sion 15 min. or so into the match, my Q and R abilities were inoperable. W and E worked fine, but both keyboard and mouse couldn't activate Q or R even after trying to die again to reset them.
Has this happened to anyone else?
It's the ghost of old Sion, trying to say that he only needs 2 abilities relevant to him to actually win!
Nah but seriously I haven't heard of that, but I've have seen it happen a few times with other champions, so I don't think it's exclusively Sion.
This has happened to me skit since the rework. Basically you will have to disconnect and reconnect to/from the current game. Should resolve the issue as a quick fix. Hopefully Riot will have a hot fix for this soon. Also works on the Vi Q bug.
