Freezing during champ select

I have had freezing in the middle of champ select the chat still works but it causes me to miss my ban and dodge. It Either catches up or it tells me an error has occurred and that a report has been sent but i still have to wait 30 minutes because you are glitching!!!!! REALLY!!!!!! It is happening in ranked, non ranked and 3 v 3 matches. not always but like a 50% rate. it probably happens in aram too but i don't play that a lot. Also sometimes i will accept a que and it appears to lag the same way as when i am the champ select and say i didn't accept. Fix this Please!!!! or at the very least stop making me wait to re que when you are the one with the problem.
