Processing error while launching

first time posting, and as of the recent add of patch 6.9 a friend and I have been experiencing this error. usually nothing wrong happens we simply continue. my friend on the other hand has had random disconnects in early game due to it. Here's a preview of the error http://i.imgur.com/IRoRUUl.png
