Rek'Sai invincible tunnel bug

I just had a game where a Rek'Sai tunnel was not destroyable and lasted forever. She also could ult on it. Havent tried to reproduce it. Has that happen to anyone else? It was on Summoners Rift if that is important.

I tried reproducing it but it got destroyed I did it on sr and tt.

This happened on a normal game on me too...the tunnel was going through the enemy's gate...it atced like a normal tunnel but it was just undestroyable...I couldn't make this happen again though
