Client Issue: Black Screen In Champ Select
Although I noticed the red warning sign next to Ranked Solo/Duo button, it didn't have any descriptions of what the warning was for. (It was blank) So I just ignored it and started the queue. When I got into the queue and accepted the queue, rather than going to the champ select screen, my screen went black, which resulted me to lose lp's. Unfortunately, I thought the bug was fixed and started the queue again after waiting 5 minutes. And again, same issue occurred and this time, I lost 10 lp and had to wait for 30minutes. In total, I lost 13 lp for no reason. Can you please fix the issue and possibly refund my lp back? My IGN is FiipFlop, Plat 2 (NA). Thank you
