Account Confusion

My Wife has her regular League account which she can log into without issue. She also has a PBE account, and she is unable to log into it now. She's checked the passwords and username, and they are all correct, and she can log into the websites with them without an issue, but with the League PBE launcher, it is saying her account information is incorrect. Anyone had this issue before, or know how to resolve it?
