Annie infinite Stun // Morde Q in ult

Basically, last game, player "Retail" had an annie with infinite stuns. No idea if its a bug or a hack, but holy shit this was frustrating. Also, in the same game, noone could Q inside morde's ult. That was a bug, no idea how it originated.
