Uh RP Transiction Problem?

Eh well I bought a RP Pre-Paid Card (of a Value of $50), and I went straight to the shop to redeem it, I think that the first time I tryped it wrong, but when I tried it again it didn't allowed me to redeem it. I still have the code and everything... Hope something can be done ;~;
