Bought a league of legends card

I just bought and RP card for 10$ in canada and it wont work. it keeps giving me the message code incorrect I am searching for anwsers all over the place but cannot find any.

Hopefully you guys see this.... They added a new option where the prepaid card option used to be saying RIOT PIN... Scroll DOWN, and then make sure you're clicking the PREPAID CARD option, or it won't work. Just managed to get the store to finally load and put it in.

I was so confused when I saw that option... is it the new area for event codes or something?

I am trying to do that but all it says is connection timed out for the past day and a half

I am having the same issue, also from Canada.... Right now the store won't load for me at all... so there's that :P

I'm having the same problem, but not in the US instead of Canada . It tells me the code is incorrect, and I've checked this thing so many times, and tried different ways of typing it in, I'm sure the problem isn't on my end.

Holy crap I feel dumb. But thank you, I can say that was my problem. I thought they CHANGED prepaid to that instead of adding it. Got my RP. Thanks again! I'll take looking dumb over not getting my rp.
