Mac Lol Client

I am immediately removed from queue for failing to "lock in a ban" during champ select when I click "ban" after the count down has started. This happens at least 50% of the time.

I am also removed from queue when I am in a party with friends and click to accept the queue. This happened to me about 3/10 times.
