Left mouse click to move disabled mid game

I was playing a game and my left mouse click to move was disabled in the middle of it. I could use my left mouse click to do everything else such as open shop and level up my abilities but not move or attack. I went into the settings to try to fix this but it will not let me. It replace it with the right mouse click and now I cannot change it back to my left mouse click. Please help me.
