Orianna Disappearing Ball

Hi, I've ran into a couple issues with Orianna lately, in some cases after throwing the the ball. An additional arrow indicator will be left leaving you with 2 arrows pointing to where your ball was when the issue happened and where the ball is currently. Another issue I have encountered is where your ball will completely disappear when you're holding it and is only revealed after casting Q or E.
