Skins not showing up

So I have been trying to check my skins recently as I had bought a bunch and redeemed shards for them recently but they're not showing up in my collection. It just says I have no skins and should "Start my collection". I try to buy a skin for every champ I own and I use that to keep track of which ones I have but now none of them are showing up and I have to go find the champ and go scroll through each individual skin to see if I have it. A very minor inconvenience and as far as I know I still have all my skins but just slightly annoying and I want to know if this is just something happening to me or not.
