[GAMEPLAY] Mega Gnar transform to Gnar blocks thresh's hook

When Mega Gnar transforms back to gnar, and meanwhile you hit gnar/mega gnar with thresh hook (Q ability), the hook will be ignored and gnar can move forward without any problems
