low priority queue keeps resetting
The low priority queue timer just goes back to 20:00. Despite me waiting for 15 minutes

This also happened with my friend in duo queue who had a low priority timer - We waited 13 minutes and his timer reset after 33 minutes the timer froze and we had to requeue
Hey! I have encountered the same problem and sent a support ticket. They have replied to me and my problem is now fixed, I am not sure if the solution they gave me will work for you but try this! If it does not work, send a ticket ASAP, it took them a while to reply to me. Good luck!
Go to your start menu and type in the search area, "Command Prompt"
Open Command Prompt and type msconfig and then hit enter
A window shall open, select Selective Startup and uncheck Load Startup items.
Click Apply, OK and then restart your PC.
