Got smited for 375 true damage

I just had a game, in which i (Gnar) got smited by chilling smite for 375 true damage (16% of my max health). and i was in building as a full tank and died to a full ad team in 5 seconds.

Only thing I can say is get more health and pray they don't have Vayne Kindred item 3036 and what ever hp% damage bs
