[GAMEPLAY] Twitch's auto-attacks do 0 damage to Inhibitors while ulting. 100% Reproducable.

Hello, first time submitting a bug so sorry if I do anything wrong.

I played a game today and encountered the bug shown in the title and so I tried to reproduce it in a custom game and it happened again.

Twitch is unable to damage an Inhibitor while ulting. Items don't seem to matter nor the distance between Twitch and the Inhibitor. Twitch's auto-attacks do 0 damage with a full build as well as with only boots 2. They also do no damage when I am at full ult range as well as when I'm right next to it.

Steps to Reproduce: Start game. Get at least level 1 ult. Activate ult. Auto-attack Inhibitor. Feel sad that you do no damage.

I too have encountered this issue. I went to report it but found your report; if this is an intended effect, perhaps a Riot employee could explain that, and perhaps elaborate why, so we at least know what's going on. :P

EDIT: Idea! Add a feature so if we press R again while playing Twitch, it terminates the effect and refunds some of the cooldown time, scaling with how much of the ult was used. That way Twitch can still attack inhibitors after using his R to secure a kill or destroy a tower.
