I Sold a champion and didn't get the BE

After I level up and got the reward I got a champ that I didn't like so I sold it but apparently I haven't gotten the BE so I tried restarting my launcher but no guarantee. I tried restarting my launcher the second time but nothing happen, so I try waiting for 1 hour and nothing happen to the end. So if anyone have an idea of solving this please do help me.
