[Gameplay] Tahm Kench can't eat Fiddlesticks

While playing Tahm Kench support, I couldn't eat my allied fiddlesticks (he wasn't channeling any abilities). I could eat other people just fine, just not fiddle. Above is the game where I had the issue.
