Ban Button Unresponsive in Champ Select

Lost my promos because the ban button was unable to be clicked during champ select. Had a champion selected yet the ban button was greyed out. Attempted to switch champion to ban, no change. Reselected the same champion, no change. Same bug happened to a friend just minutes before myself. Rito plz
