I was playing a game as sivir bot vs a thresh and jinx and when thresh went to hook me jinx used her zap on me at the same time causing them to hit a the same time basically but i put up my spell shield in time to block both abilities

Making that happen again will be really hard...Not for you but but for them...and pros wont do that cause what they are looking is to blow up your shield...RIOT AINT GOnna do shit XDD

Not a bug. This is intended behavior. AFAIK it needs to work like this because of how some abilities are coded into different parts. Any spell shield effect will block all abilities within a minuscule time frame from when it first gets popped.
