Hail of Blades not working on ARAM?

So I just finished an ARAM playing jinx, and I was running the hail of blades mastery. The Entire game whenever I hit C to check it, it said 0 in the dmg area and said I landed 0% of hail of blades shots, even though I clearly hit enemy champs with multiple shots which should have triggered the mastery.
