Ping issues since latest patches?

Ever since the more recent patches (9.23, and such) I have been having a lot of ping issues, but my internet is perfectly fine, and works on other games perfectly fine. My ping will never stay consistent, and keeps going up then down but never leaves 100+ (I am usually at 60 ms until this all started happening) my ping issues have even gotten so bad that league thought I had no internet at all and disconnected me, even though I was in discord with some friends and was still talking with them perfectly clear as I struggled to get back into the game, and had to restart my whole computer for it to even see that I had a internet connection the whole time. Please help )))):
