Blitzcrank Bot Fixes Please

So I went and submitted a ticket for a player report, which I know is looked down upon, but you can't add screenshots I think so I submitted a ticket mostly to rant. This is just background info, it's not important and just gives sets the situation. I report a player and instantly look under my tickets to see a response from the machine learning bot for tickets, "Blitzcrank Bot". First thing is my quick thing bout the "I notice this is your first report in the last 20 games.", which isn't true. But the more important thing is I click the button to request a human, because the screenshots need to be seen for the rpeort to be understood, and it brings me to a page that says, "You have already completed this survey." So I didn't even get an opportunity to request a human. Also, I requested a human a couple days ago for a different ticket and filled the survey but didnt receive a result I think. Mostly this is about the survey already completed page that I'm worried about.
