Game freezes, no high ping no fps drop

So for the last 3 weeks or so i've experienced some form of lag. My ping is at steady 40 ms and my fps never moves below 60 fps. Despite this the whole game just freezes and my champion seems not to respond to any action i make. If i move during this my champ just "slides" over the battlefield and when it all "un-freezes" every action people made during that freeze just happen in an instant. Having 100/10 mbit/s fiberoptics and my pc never have had any trouble with LoL before. My isp says there is nothing wrong with my internet and im able to stream, load videos on internet but when i play this just happens. It seems that i get serious packet loss for some reason, and if that's the case, is it on Riots end the problem lies? I even bought a new Switch since i have several units sharing my connection. Have unplugged every thing and currently connected directly to the wall without any switch/router. Have not made any changes in my internet settings or anything, this problem just occured from nowhere.

If anyone has a solution to this i'd be happy as a well fed teemo :3Teemo

Everyone in my house has been having problems with this too. Our internet sucks, but if we're able to be on skype with each other while playing and hear everything clearly but there's lag in the game- kinda says it's not on our side (especially since one of the players is a computer science tech with insane skills). Pretty much every time it happens there's no ping or fps change, but there's more lag than there would be if it was at 2000 ping, and both teams experience it. A decent amount of our chats during game include comments about all the lag and lack of ping, and blame being thrown at Riot (from the sounds of it maybe rightly so?).

Has been happening to me too, except I do get a little ping spike.

This problem is different from ordinary LAG. Let's call this Freeze/Lag. And I actually found out when I connect my computer to a public library connection (which is always slow), the problem disappears. The game will begin to lag due to slow connection, but the freeze/lag will disappear.

So it has to do with certain net work set up, and this problem ONLY appeared after 5.13. And this has nothing to do with connection speed.

SAME PROBLEM.....Also cannot observe game on observer mode!!! EVERYTHING FREEEZES, the problem is 10 times worse on observer mode.

It's not you, it is definitely something wrong with the game. I had heard many people claim the same thing

I have the same problem, at first i thought it was my computer but i have a high end gaming desktop so that is not the case, i ran the antivirus, the repair on the lol patcher, and i am stuck at 108 ping and i get this weird frame drops on ultra AND on low video settings, it is getting annoying and it makes the game unplayable unless i am something like Maokai or Naut where frame drops dont matter that much

So I have been staring at the ping i get from riot servers for quite a while and it does spike randomly, even though the in game ping indicator doesnt, so i am guessing maybe its a problem on riot's end? But then again none of my friends is having the same problem sooo back to cero againitem 3070
