Patcher Bug

I don't know if its anyone else or just me or hey, even if its just a one off event but when i was patching a very peculiar and very annoying thing was happening. I'm not sure how to describe it properly, but essentially while league was patching in the background, it was messing around with all my other windows ( i say this because it had stopped once i closed the patcher). It was like when you click your desktop on a non-maximised window. Scrolling and typing became a pain and it would toggle on and off more frequently when I pressed the enter key. As of typing this, I have league patching in the background with no issues so far.
