Client Updates 5.6 Gigs Every Couple Days

So this has been happening for a while. Every couple days when I startup the Client, it goes into update state, and the update size is always the same, something along the lines of 5600 MBs. Sometimes it crashes mid game and when I try to re-open it it goes back to that same 5.6 Gig update. I've tried reinstalling the game, forced a repatch, repaired it with the Hextech Repair Tool, and all of that did nothing for me. Right now I'm afk from a Ranked match because of that. It takes around 30-40 minutes for me to complete this update, which means I virtually can't get back into the match and I'm at risk of getting a ban or a Low Priority Queue.

Really frustrating.
