Your Snowown shop has disappeared 2015/12/24

It seems the your snowdown shop that was supposed to be random champion skins on random sales percentages has disappeared. i cannot find any trace of it at all, and im hearing alot of people are having the same issue. i have a screenshot but don't know how to post it on the boards if even possible. please help i just got gifts so i can get skins and i cant use the sales iv been waiting to use now.
