Pre-paid cards not working

I just bought 2 $50 pre-paid cards but when I try to claim them it says "An Error has Occurred". I'm not the only one having this problem as I've seen posts in different boards going at least 4 days back without a response from Riot so I'm posting it here. Any help or acknowledgement from Riot is greatly appreciated. :)
