we used to have this system message : respond to aggression i with iState7 evry time a guy from enemy team was killing a monster, i think he said frog,
was like a spam, this message was sended to our chat more than 5-10 times in 2 seconds.

EUW, playing Malzahar jungle, that message got spamming randomly.
Also getting this issue, doesn't bother me too much. I just respond to the aggression with more aggression.
It seems to happen when something in jg dies? Can't confirm, but it showed up whenever my lee sin was killing frog or anything on that side I think.
Seems to happen with champions who summon minions (malzahar, yorrick, ivern).
Had the same bug in my second game on the new patch, we did have a yoric jg in the game so im assuming thats whats causing it, as my first game on the new patch didnt have any champions that spawned minions and I never encountered the bug on that game
I'm still having it in my games. It's so distracting and annoying. Is it something Riot has to fix or is it something we can fix in our client's flies?
@everyone, i had it for being near turrets, being near jungle minions deaths, being near anything dying.. its a weird bug

EUW, happened earlier, had a yorick with ult up and it flooded the chat more than a few times. also screenshot
was playing a twitch game earlier happened when shaco killed krugs (see on the screenshot) also happened later i have no idea why and it also changed to -- Respond to aggression --2 with iState13 later (first spammed the original message a few times and then -- Respond to aggression -- 2 with iState13 right after it) I have a screenshot as well Screenshot

It consistently happens to me whenever somebody takes krugs.
Infact it breaks games as my team always knew where somebody was.
This is how you deal with that issue.
You report Riot for spamming to Riot, and then see how they react :P

riot staff says its debug text and they have received the report.
(whats debug text: its a piece of temporary text programmers use to keep track of events during development)
so far it seems to happen on every champ , worldwide, whenever krugs (or other jungle mobs) get attacked, proppaly shouldn't trigger on wolves
