Game Keeps Crashing During Champion Select

I signed in yesterday and the client said there is a problem with your client that needs to be fixed so i clicked fix. Now every time I'm in the game lobby or champ select I keep getting disconnected and reconnected to PVP.net. If people take a while to pick, my game crashes and Windows Pops-up error message LOLClient.exe has stopped working. And then when I sign back in and try to queue it says i quit matchmaking, time penalty -_-

I run Windows 7, no firewall is on. When I click the information tab on the windows crash it gives me this information:

Any help on how to fix this would be nice.

Forgot to mention the game crashes after every match too.
