Tahm Kench Bug Against Wukong

I don't think that this is fair at all, but when Tahm Kench is auto-attacking Wukong , or any champion, his stacks build up. When Wukong uses his W, the stacks disappear so I know not to eat him, knowing that it's just his clone. While I was laning against him, I felt that I had a huge advantage, knowing when he used his W and when he didn't. It takes away the skill potential that the Wukong player could have had by pressing S to juke me instead of using his W. I just feel like this is something that needs to be fixed.
