Shen's Q autos don't activate

I've been playing a lot of Shen lately and today after patch i noticed a bug - activating Q two or more times in a row without moving will cause it to go on cooldown but have no effect.

To encounter this bug, just stand still while attacking an enemy, Q to get your spirit blade on top of you and then Q again when it's cooldown wears off. This can happen multiple times in a row.
