Singed's E is bugged

Type of Bug: Gameplay (specifically, Champion ) Summary of the Bug: When using E ability (Fling), it bumps the enemy champ into the air, but then they fall back down again IN FRONT of Singed (instead of behind). Reproduction Steps: At first it seemed to only work some of the time, but I believe it has to do with what the enemy champ is doing. If the enemy champ is just standing there, Fling will work correctly. If the enemy champ is moving (such as running away... which they tend to do when Singed comes barreling down the lane), then Fling will toss them up but leaves them in front of Singed. Reproduction Rate: With the above stipulations, I think I was able to recreate it 100% of the time during that one game... but I'd have to do more games to really test this out. Server: NA
