[GAMEPLAY] JAX + sated devourer bug

U still need 3 hits to proc Jax ult passive the first time when u have sated devourer. After the first proc it procs every 2nd hit. I think it should normally just be like Vaynes W or sth so it procs after 2 hits every time.
